When it comes to our spiritual practice, we often try to contort ourselves into the perfect meditative position, force our third eye open, and hold our breath until the visions come. But what if the key to a successful spiritual practice was simply showing up for yourself each day? No matter what your day looks like or how you're feeling, there are small things you can do to connect with your spirituality and bring more peace and love into your life.
