Inner Light Collective products are handmade, handpoured, cleansed and infused in my home studio in Bathurst NSW Australia 

How are your products made?

 Soy wax is the wax used in our candles, this is because soy way offers a much cleaner burn, is better for the environment and offers a nicer hot and cold throw. Fragrance used in our candles is a blend of essential oils and fragrance. All our other products we use essential oils from Australian Wholesale oils. Australian Wholesale Oils are proud to say that all of their essential oils are 100% pure. This means that the oils do not contain any synthetic fragrances or other nasties that may be harmful.

Do I burn the candle with Crystals in it? 

Inner Light Collective candles are made using mainly natural, raw crystals which tend to be a little larger in size. This unfortunately will effect the burn of your candle. Either by falling over the wick or preventing a clear wax pooling. I suggest removing the crystals (especially the larger ones) and placing beside the candle vessel. This will not effect the energies but will give you the best possible burn for your candle. Once your candle is burned down remove the smaller crystals (if you left inside) clean them off you can use warm water and pat dry. Place them in a special place that you feel is right for them. 

What makes your candles different from others?

Inner Light Collective candles are more than just a candle. They are a healing tool, a support for those who are on their own unique journey. They are infused with Reiki healing energy. The crystals chosen for each vessel are chosen to coincide and magnify the intention of the particular candle. Erin, Inner Light Collectives founder is a Reiki Practioner and Energy Healer. She wanted to create something meaningful and useful for those who need that extra support. The Reiki Energy and Intentions for all of her candles are cast within opening up a doorway for you to merge your energy to magnify your own intentions. Creating a higher energy vibration. 

What is involved in your Reiki healing sessions?

These sessions are intended to be a relaxing connective session, whether you can do face to face or distance reiki, each session is a safe and sacred healing session. You will either see me at my studio or I will call you over the phone. We will have a conversation of what to expect. If distance it is very much like a guided meditation where I will guide you through what it is I am doing. All Sessions I tap into universal energy. I ask to be guided to what it is that you need. I take time to feel into your energy, I use my reiki symbols to activate the energy. I move over your body, virtually, or in person and feel if there is any blocks or stagnant energy showing up. I will feel things within my body, so that is how I am shown where to look a lot of the time. We do some clearing, cleaning, lots of healing energy, cut cords balance chakras and more... You are fully clothed and I always make sure you feel comfortable and supported. 

Can I refund my order if I change my mind?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at innerlightcostore@gmail.com  We will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I care for my candle? 

Candles are NEVER to be left unattended. Crystals may move once wax is softened. Remove larger crystals from jar and place beside vessel as they may fall towards wick and hinder the burn of your candle. Or create an uneven burn. Trim your wick to 5 mm to stop blackening and ensure a clean burn. Once candle has reached 1 cm from bottom of jar do not leave to burn as the wick may not extinguish itself. Botanics in the jar will usually cover in wax and just melt through the candle. If there are any loose florals remove or push to the edges to stop a flare up. Be mindful botanics may smoulder a little in the inital burn but that should only last a second or two. If candle has citrus in it it is advised to remove before burning. 

What are the maxium burn times?

Candles first burn should be burned until wax reaches the edges of the jar. Creating a memory so the candle then burns to the edges each time.Never burn a candle for longer than three hours at a time. If a candle is burnt for excessive periods without being allowed to re-solidify, even the best candle can burn out the sides. Causing jar to be exposed to excessive heat which may fracture or shatter jar.
