Sacred Sister Circles are quarterly gatherings where overwhelmed women come together to remember they're not alone in this. No performing. No pretending everything's fine. Just real women having real conversations about the stuff nobody talks about.

What happens in our circles:
We sit together without the pressure to fix, manage, or support anyone else for once. Sometimes we do gentle energy work. Sometimes we just talk honestly about how hard it is to be everything to everyone. Always, you get to just... be.

You might experience:
• Honest conversation about the mental load you're carrying
• Permission to admit you're not actually fine
• Simple practices that help your nervous system remember safety
