Healing isn't always easy. It requires a level of commitment to yourself that you may not have given before. It means making yourself a priority, and believing that you are worthy and valuable. It also means being willing to examine your mindset, and opening up to the possibility of change. However, the healing process is essential for wellbeing. When you commit to healing, you open yourself up to the possibility of a more healthy, vibrant, and energetic life. Healing is an ongoing journey, but it begins with a single step. By making the decision to commit to your healing, you are taking the first step on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.


When you are curious about the root cause of your illness and allow awareness to flow through you, you are opening up an energetic portal for healing. Your body is always sending messages, and true healing means listening to those messages and making changes accordingly. This flow of energy creates a pathway for healing. by being curious about the root cause of your illness, you are opening yourself up to the flow of energy that will lead to healing.


Another important part of the healing process is to feel your emotions rather than keep them buried. Many people spend their time thinking rather than feeling, because the experience of feeling is uncomfortable. When unwelcome feelings arise they try to shut them down, by distracting themselves, with food, TV, smoking, music any other avenue not to feel. Your feelings hold the key to wellbeing. When you allow yourself to feel emotions that may be uncomfortable at first, you are opening up the door to healing. Give yourself permission to feel emotions fully and without judgment. Welcome all emotions as part of your human experience. Allow yourself the opportunity to grow and heal by listening to your emotions. They are guiding you towards a more authentic and fulfilling life.

And then there is the breath.

Breathing deeply is one of the simplest and most effective ways to promote health and wellbeing.
