You'll lie down, get comfortable, and let the sound do what your mind has been trying and failing to do on its own. Himalayan singing bowls and tongs send vibrations through the body, not just something you hear, but something you feel, and your nervous system responds in a way it simply cannot when you're pushing through your day. The breath slows. The body softens. Something underneath all the noise finally gets a chance to settle.

This gathering is woven around the themes of earth, breath, and stillness, grounding back into your body, reconnecting to something steadier than the chaos of daily life, and remembering that you are not just a human doing. You are a human being. And being is enough.

Reiki energy healing is woven through the space as the session flows, supporting your body's own natural ability to reset, rebalance, and release what it's been quietly carrying.

We close with a gentle return, an optional moment of sharing if you want it, or quiet reflection if you don't. No pressure. No performance. Just women, together, breathing.

What to expect: 90 minutes of lying down, being held in sound, and coming back to yourself. Wear something comfortable. Bring a water bottle. And a blanket. Everything else is taken care of.
