I recommend this oil to roll onto your wrists, elbow creases, behind the ears and back of the neck as on the throat chakra.

Taking a few deep breaths into the bottom of your belly. Holding for the count of 5 and letting out for 7. Repeating this a few times to help calm the nervous system but to also breathe in the aromatic blend. This will help calm and centre you. Grounding you back down.
