How to use in your ritual

Each Full Moon writes a list of your intentions, and of the things you are looking to release, to let go of. This may be emotions, people or situations. You could also add blocks that may be stopping you from your manifestations. Make sure they are clear. 

Light your Full Moon Ritual candle and read them out loud, preferably under the light of the Full Moon. If not make sure you can see the moon through the window. Or at least tap into the energy if you can not physically see her. Then add what you are grateful for. Share the things that you are proud of, things you have accomplished or what you are simply grateful for. When you are finished say "and so it is" 

When you are done, take your list and light it using your candle flame and burn the list. Make sure you have a bowl and that you take safety precautions.  Use this as an offering and let the universe take this away releasing it from you.
